The 4th have been busy this week, celebrating the new lunar year and the year of the dragon 🐉!
At squirrels 🐿, we made Chinese lanterns with some very careful cutting skills and played a variation of hot potato – ‘hot dumplings’!
Beavers made lucky money envelopes and made paper plate dragons!
Cubs translated their promises into Chinese using a scavenger hunt and made paper spring rolls full of ideas of how they want to be #outdoorsin24. They played chase the dragons tail and tried some spring rolls and other Chinese foods
