Scout’s All Aboard!
A massive well done to the Scouts and Young Leaders who supported at the Stafford Railway Circle model railway Exhibition in September.
They have all been truly phenomenal, always willing to carry out lots of jobs. And busy they’ve been, the Scouts were carrying out all sorts of important logistical tasks. Front of house, selling and checking tickets as well as behind the scenes, making drinks and sorting lunches. The Troop was also tasked with the important responsibility of judging and presenting the best in show and presenting the trophy.
The Scouts and Young Leaders have been amazing all weekend. Representing themselves, the Group and Scouting impeccably, while conducting themselves sensibly and maturely.
We have had so many people from the Railway Exhibition and members of the public telling us how fantastic the Scouts have been. They should be very proud of themselves and are an asset to the Group.
It’s also been a great fundraising opportunity for us. 💰
